We’re grateful to NeighborWorks Capital for highlighting this important work during NeighborWorks Week.

At NHS Baltimore, we know that transforming vacant properties into quality homes is about more than construction, it’s about creating pathways to homeownership, supporting neighborhood stability, and helping families build long-term wealth.

This $1 million investment from NeighborWorks Capital will help us continue acquiring, rehabilitating, and selling homes in West Baltimore, with a goal of bringing 291 homes back into productive use over the seven-year loan term.
