: The Summer Concert Series is firing up in Patterson Park this Sunday! From 6pm - 8pm, Afropop band, Elikeh will take the stage at the Patterson Park Observatory, mixing infectious rhythms from Togo and Nigeria with American and Latin influences. It is one aspect of Reframe Baltimore, an effort to eliminate vacant housing and blight. On April 27, 2026, the Baltimore City Council passed a resolution formally adopting the Baltimore Children’s Outdoor Bill of Rights as official city policy! The policy affirms that every child deserves access to clean air, water, and green spaces.
