Baltimore, have you tried Baltimore CityView?

One feature of Baltimore CityView is the ability to check trash collection and pickup days. It's easy to use on both desktop and mobile devices.

Instructions for Using the City View App to find trash collection and pickup:

On Desktop:
1. Open the City View app.
2. Enter the address you want to look up in the search bar.
3. Click on the address; the map will zoom in.
4. Click on the address pop-up to view the trash collection data.
Or click View Selected Address Location under City Services and Homeowner Info; there, you can find the trash collection data.

On Mobile:
1. Enter the address you want to look up in the search bar.
2. Tap on the address point to display the trash collection information.

There is also a wealth of other useful information available in CityView, including:
- A map of FreeBmore Wi-Fi locations
- The BCHD Map Gallery, which includes a collection of web maps, apps, and dashboards from the City's Health Department
- The Baltimore Police Department Crime Map, providing citywide crime data and key metrics

Last week, BCIT held the first of three Internet and Technology Town Halls to give residents an opportunity to learn about City initiatives, ask questions, and share feedback on issues that impact their daily lives.

We engaged residents on potential ways to save on their internet bill, the City’s new Municipal ID Program, and using AI safely.

Thank you to Armistead Gardens Elementary/Middle School for hosting us and East Baltimore residents for spending time with us. We appreciate all who attended and contributed valuable insight.
