FA Grounds Progress

Day 4, 5, and 6 completes the tanker/confined space prop - will be in service August 4 and 5 for Rescue School.

2 day project competes the smoke room in conex city’s overhead door/gate prop with barn door.

Extrication pad fence complete with erosion control.

Day 1 securing 1st floor of what will be a 2-story row for searching and building construction elements

The first BCFD Special Operations Command Rescue School has kicked off with Rope Technician just completed. The school will encompass all SOC disciplines over the next six weeks with Trench scheduled for the fall.

Getting this program across the finish line has been a monumental task for the Lead and Adjunct Instructors and has been their sole purpose for the last several months. All of which brings an incredible amount of experience and real world knowledge in an urban setting.

2 - Storefront prop enclosure welded to hold smoke when instructing about roll down gates

3 - 1/4” steel plate fab’ed for hose testing cart w/ fork pockets
