​Today was a tough and sad day. On May 23, 2026, St. Casimir CWV 1764 / CWA 766 said our final goodbyes as we laid to rest our Commander, Gilbert T. Barker.
​If you knew Gill, you knew how kind, thoughtful, and giving he always was. He was the proud leader of our Catholic War Veterans, a Marine through and through, and a wonderful father, grandfather, and brother.
​True to form, Gill left us to enter the pearly gates of heaven to "check it out for us."
​Thank you, Commander Barker, for your unwavering dedication to your family and our country. We love you, and we’ll see you again on the other side. 🇺🇸✨Semper Fi !
