As of today, November 7, 2016 the boil water advisory has been lifted. We have taken two water samples to the lab and both samples came back negative. There was no contamination in the water lines. We did get a lot of phone calls concerning the water systems in some homes. Both of the water samples were taken from a home with a Culligan system and those samples came back clean. It is a department of health regulation that these advisories are issued in this situation, however there was nothing introduced into the water system to cause contamination.

As of 3 pm today, November 4, 2016 we have completed our leak detection and believe that the problem has been rectified. Water usage is back to a normal level, the lines in Century Farms have been flushed through the hydrants and the first round of samples is being taken and dropped off at the lab this afternoon. We will continue to monitor the situation through out the weekend. Thank you for you patience and understanding. We will update everyone again once the Boil water advisory is lifted. Thank you

Attention Northwood Water Company customers: There is a boil water advisory for all residents in the Century Farms neighborhood as well as the houses on East High Street and East Line Road outside of Century Farms due to a leak in the water main. As of today November 4, 2016 the leak has not been found. We will be updating our website as well as the HOA and this page each afternoon. Once the leak is found and fixed we then will need to have two separate water samples taken, tested at the lab and returned to us with clean test results before we can remove the boil water advisory. We are doing everything we can to get this problem resolved as quickly as possible, however it is a very slow and tedious process. We would like to thank you for your patience and understanding. Thank you
