Pete Hulette a former firefighter for Harmony corners volunteer fire department
Left his station yesterday September 8th. Pete was a big part of our community and our fire department before moving south where he ended up in Spartanburg South Carolina. Pete and his first love and wife Joanne raised five kids at the house next door to Harmony hall. Unfortunately his wife has since passed and I’m sure was the first face he saw when he entered heavens gates. Pete was an engineer at GE . And right up to our 100th anniversary was still active in helping us prepare by sending the fire department information and photos which we added to our collection on our history of the fire department. Pete was very lucky to have and second love years after his wife’s passing, Lynn and old friend that he reconnected with and shared the rest of his life with. Rest in peace Pete and we thank you for your service!
