Upstate Polygraph Services We specialize in pre-employment screening examinations for potential employees, using computerized d Jeff Bouyea is the owner and lead examiner.

He is currently a criminal investigator for a local NY Sheriff's office and has been a police officer since 2003. Jeff is a graduate of the polygraph program at the Northeast Counterdrug Training Center located in Ft. Indiantown Gap, PA in 2019.

Please join us on Friday March 20th as Lieutenant Jason Mitchell exits the police station for the last time after 25 years of dedicated service to the city of Saratoga Springs.

Lt Mitchell's final radio call will take place promptly at 2:30PM with his walkout to follow. Those attending are asked to gather on the sidewalk of Maple Avenue to celebrate his career and thank him for his service.
