Highway 365 Southbound is currently shut down just North of Charlie Davis Road due to a motor vehicle crash.

Crews are attempting to remove a vehicle from the embankment at this time.

Please plan your commute accordingly.

From August 19 through September 7, the Baldwin Police Department is proud to join law enforcement agencies across the nation in the NHTSA Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over campaign. 🚨

If you’re celebrating, plan ahead for a safe ride home. Help us keep our roads safe by never driving impaired. Together, we can save lives.

This morning, our officers responded to a fatal motor vehicle accident on Willingham Ave between Broiler Blvd and Dallas Dr.

We want to take a moment to thank the City of Baldwin Fire Department and Habersham County Emergency Services for their quick response and assistance on scene. We also appreciate the Habersham County Sheriff’s Office for their help with traffic control and scene safety.

We also want to extend a special thank you to City of Baldwin Public Works and the Habersham County Road Department for their assistance in shutting down Willingham Ave and helping keep the area clear while emergency crews worked.

The accident itself has been turned over to the Georgia State Patrol for further investigation.

We are grateful for the teamwork and quick response of all the agencies involved. 🚔🚒🚧
