IS YOUR CHILD WELL ENOUGH TO GO TO SCHOOL? 🤒📚
To keep our classrooms healthy and safe, please keep your child at home if they show any of the following symptoms:
🚨 1. Fever of 100°F or Higher
Do not send your child to school. They must stay home until they are fever-free for 24 full hours without the use of fever-reducing medication.
🚨 2. Vomiting or Diarrhea
Do not send your child to school. They must stay home until 24 full hours after their last episode.
🚨 3. Unexplained or Unknown Rash
Do not send your child to school. Please check with your healthcare provider before they return.
Reporting an Absence 📞
If your child is staying home, please call the school’s attendance line daily to report the illness. If they have a contagious condition—such as strep throat, flu, chicken pox, or whooping cough—please mention it in your report so we can monitor class health.
Emergency Contacts 🚨
If your student becomes ill during the day, our health team will call parents first, then emergency contacts. Please make sure your phone numbers on file are up to date!
Have questions? Reach out to our school health office or your healthcare provider anytime. Stay healthy! ❤️
