Outdoor burning is prohibited in the unincorporated areas of Douglas County today. Very high rangeland fire danger is in place mostly due to dry fuels, strong southern winds which will make any fires difficult to control. Call 911 if you see fire or smoke, check on any previous burns and extinguish, be safe!
