If you receive a suspicious communication from someone claiming to represent the City of Balcones Heights, hang up and call us directly at 210-957-3000 to verify the communication.

Keep these tips in mind:
🔹 Never provide personal, financial or account information to an unverified caller/sender.
🔹 Avoid clicking links or opening attachments in unexpected emails or messages.
🔹 Be cautious if someone pressures you to act immediately or send money.
🔹 Check the sender's email address carefully, not just the displayed name.
🔹 When in doubt, end the conversation and contact the City directly using a trusted phone number.
