We know finding a place to park to get to this weekend’s events is not ideal, so we will be running FREE shuttles Friday and Saturday throughout town to help you get to the Crafts Fair and Car Show. Stops differ on Friday and Saturday due to other events like the Rhododendron Run.

Looking for a great place to watch the Bakersville Fireworks???? The Courthouse on the Hill is perfect to watch. BAMA will be offering food for all to enjoy up there beginning at 5 PM. We'll have Chicago and regular Hot Dogs, chips, fruit, cotton candy, and drinks. Profits benefit town projects for our friends and their families. See you there.

Join BAMA for the Town-Wide Yard Sale from 6 AM to 12 Noon on July 4th throughout the town. You can set up anywhere in town, but please be respectful of our local businesses and ask if you'd like to put your wares in front of their businesses.

BAMA will be hosting an Old Timey Snacks station at the Welcome Center...including glow sticks, cotton candy, old-timey ice cream, chips, and drinks. We'll keep you cool.

BAMA will be asking people who set up to make a donation to the fund to support our town-wide family events. Questions? Please ask.

•Kids under 16 years old may participate
•Registration & fishing begins at sunrise
•Fishing ends at 11:30 am
•Free lunch at the Bakersville Fire Department & tee shirt provided to participants
•Lunch from 11:30 am - 12:00 pm
•Competitions for size of fish in 3 age categories
•Cash prizes
•Parking in the lot in front of Town Hall and across from Morgan Oil
