Looking to bring on a solid fire sprinkler foreman.

I run a small, locally owned fire sprinkler company here in Bakersfield. It’s me and a small crew right now, and I’m looking for someone who can help run work and grow with us.

We do a mix of commercial, residential, inspections, service, and repairs—so looking for someone well-rounded.

Pay is $40+/hr DOE, with overtime and project bonuses.

I keep things pretty laid back—no corporate BS, no micromanaging. Just looking for someone who knows their stuff, takes pride in their work, and can run jobs.
