Hop in bestie! 🚍 Kern Transit has updated its fleet with 10 brand-new buses this year, totaling 46 new buses in the last 3 years. This means a smoother, more reliable journey for its 280,000 annual passengers and lower repair costs. Additionally, Kern Transit is celebrating 5 years of free fares for students, thanks to a grant from California's Low Carbon Transit Operations Program. It is set to offer 70,000 free rides this year, making travel more affordable for students and families. Safe travels!
