Kern County Republican Central Committee Bylaws Article II:

The "Central Committee. ... shall do all things necessary to carry on a full-time, aggressive, coordinated unified party program...."

Full-time. Aggressive. Coordinated. Unified.

The current Kern County Republican Central Committee has produced terrible results:

Voter Registration:

Republican Voter Registration is at 36%. Democrats are at 35%.
Twenty years ago, Republicans were at 46%.

Election Turnout:

Kern County Republican election turnout is 60%.

42,368 Bakersfield Republicans did not return their mailed ballots in November 2022.

How can you win when 40% of your team is not motivated to vote?

In November 2022, the Republican lost the 16th State Senate race by 20 votes while 4,606 Bakersfield Republicans did not return their mailed ballot in that district.

Communications and Website

There is no communication except advertising.

The website is not interactive and has not been updated since 2021.

The website doesn't even tell you who is on the Central Committee or when they hold meetings. You are never invited.
