In regards to the article about the village violating the sewer discharge permit, we have an operator of record that we contract with. However, when this happened, we had a part time operator that suddenly went on medical leave and eventually died. The contractor immediately began rectifying the situation and eventually the EPA sent a guy to help us and he could not figure it out either. We are now back in compliance but it will take a couple of months to come off that list. If anyone has any questions please contact me. Thank you.
