🌈 MURRAY’S 1ST ANNUAL COLOR RUN! 🌈
Hello Murray Families!
Get ready for an exciting afternoon full of color, fun, and school spirit at our 1st Annual Color Run on Friday, May 22, 2026! 🏃‍♀️💨
All Students will run through non-toxic colorful powder stations while enjoying music, laughter, and an unforgettable experience with their classmates!
📅 Event Date: Friday, May 22, 2026
⏰ Run Times:
🎉 TK–3rd Grade: 1:30–2:00 PM
🎉 4th–5th Grade: 2:00–2:30 PM
👨‍👩‍👧 Parents and families are welcome to come and watch. There will be a designated viewing area to cheer on our students!
✨ Reminder for students participating:
👕 White or light-colored clothing is recommended
👟 Wear used/comfortable shoes
🧺 Parents and families can bring an extra towel to help with clean up
*Please note: We will remove excess powder after the Color Run, but some colored powder will remain.
We are so excited to celebrate together and make colorful memories as we finish the school year strong! 🌟

Our Murray 4th-grade Mountaineers had an incredible educational journey visiting the historic Mission San Gabriel Archangel in the beautiful San Gabriel! Students explored California history, learned about the mission’s rich culture and architecture, and experienced a hands-on connection to the past. What an unforgettable day of learning, discovery, and Mountaineer pride! 💙💛⛰️ GooOO Murray!

📚 Books, Smiles & Murray Pride! ✨
Murray Mountaineers had an unforgettable day welcoming ABC 7 Sports Anchor Rob Fukuzaki! Through the incredible generosity of the Heads Up Youth Foundation, every student received THREE free books to take home, and books were also donated to each teacher and our school library! Thank you, Mr. Fukuzaki and the Heads Up Youth Foundation, for making this special dream come true for our Mountaineers and for bringing so many smiles to our campus. Your kindness and support will inspire a lifelong love of reading in our students! GooOO Murray! 💙💛⛰️

Los Murray Mountaineers tuvieron un día inolvidable al darle la bienvenida al presentador deportivo de ABC 7, Rob Fukuzaki.
