For Sunday pick up (11:00 approx) I have the following ready made tamales, etc. available in 1/2 dozens:

Chicken
Tennessee wh***ey pork
Chicken cream cheese green chilis
Brisket

Texas Tw***ie (tamale with brisket, a touch of thick slab bacon, cream cheese, jalapeno)

Charro beans

And vacuum sealed have the following tamales you can purchase:

I don’t always remember to advertise that I make these but today I have a customer who is celebrating her birthday by ordering tamales and some of my Mexican wedding cookies. My mother used to make these years ago and mine, like hers, are made with love

Let me see what’s available now. This is what I have:

Tennessee wh***ey pork- one dozen (wrapped in 1/2 dozens)

Pork 1/2 dozen

Chicken- 1 1/2 dozen

Chicken cream cheese green chilis- 1/2 dozen

Habanero pork (10 tamales, which I’ll sell for $18)

Charro beans

Finishing up some brisket and the Texas Tw***ie and if there’s ANY extras from that pot I’ll post them for sale, 1/2 dozen quantities.

In addition to pre-orders I have the following tamales, etc. that are ready for pick up. Dozen and 1/2 dozen quantities:

-Pork

-Habanero pork

-Tennessee wh***ey pork

-Chicken

-Chicken cream cheese green chilis

-Mixed 1/2 doz (five cheese jalapeño and chicken cream cheese green chilis

And I am finishing up a pot of some brisket and the Texas Tw***ie Tamale I think I will have some extras of those, but we will see!

-Charro beans

Cash preferred or you may use pay apps here to pick up. Pick ups are 10:45-2:00 today.
