Independence Township Community Park has 4 beautiful pavilions with plenty of seating available for your next event. The park is centrally located in our gorgeous Independence Township country setting. Here's a picture of the new phase map. Our Community Park has lots of amenities now, and is and will be a works-in-progress for years to come. What was once just a piece of unused property has now become a beautiful community park. We are working piece by piece to make it better and better as we receive funding through grants and donors. Sometimes the process of applying for grants, being awarded grants, and then receiving grant money and going through the process of engineering, planning, permitting, bidding and constructing/installing is slow, but we are excited with each new amenity and improvement that comes to the park.
