“Making the Ask: Branding & Negotiating Skills for Women in Public Service” explored the unique challenges women face when advocating for themselves in professional settings. The conversation focused on how women in public service can intentionally shape their professional presence, clearly communicate their value, and approach important conversations with confidence and strategy. Attendees walked away with practical tools to better prepare for negotiations, advocate for their needs, and strengthen how they represent themselves and their work — both within their agencies and throughout their careers.
