The Texas Space Commission congratulates Jared Isaacman on his confirmation as Administrator of NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration. This confirmation marks a pivotal moment for America’s civil and commercial space enterprise.

Administrator Isaacman brings a rare combination of mission-driven leadership, operational experience, and entrepreneurial vision at a time when U.S. leadership in space is both strategically vital and globally contested. His perspective reflects the evolving partnership between government and industry that is accelerating innovation across exploration, science, and national security.

Texas is proud to play a central role in shaping the nation’s space future—from human spaceflight and lunar science to in-space manufacturing, advanced propulsion, robotics, high-performance computing, and defense-aligned innovation. The Commission looks forward to continued collaboration with NASA as the commercial space economy expands and new frontiers are opened for exploration, discovery, and security.

Congratulations to Administrator Isaacman, and thank you to Secretary Duffy for his leadership and service to the nation.
