Organizational change takes more than a plan. It takes the right people, a thoughtful approach, and space to reflect on what effective implementation really requires.
Hosted by our Southwestern Plains Hub of the Center of Mental Health Implementation Support, Mordecai Dixon will be leading an interactive learning session on April 23 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. CT focused on the role of implementation support practitioners in organizational change.
During this session, participants will explore how to:
✔️ Assess change and organizational readiness
✔️ Identify key characteristics of effective implementation team members
✔️ Strengthen cross-functional collaboration
✔️ Apply the 4Rs of implementation planning
This learning opportunity is especially relevant for leaders in behavioral and mental health services, as well as those supporting operations, implementation, quality improvement, and data efforts.
