As we wrap up the final Civil Process Conference of 2026, we want to extend a heartfelt thank you to our incredible outgoing JPCA Education Committee Chair, Constable Tonya Nixon, and a warm welcome to our incoming Chair, Constable Paul Gonzales. Constable Nixon’s leadership and upbeat spirit will be truly missed, and we’re excited for Constable Gonzales to bring his experience and perspective to the committee.

The JPCA Education Committees play a vital role in ensuring TJCTC’s training and education stay timely and relevant for judges, court staff, constables, and deputies across the state.
