Great News - space has opened up in the 8 WK Summer section of COMM 2324 Practicum for Electronic Media class. If you are majoring in the ACC RTF Associate of Arts (transfer degree) and have complete COMM 1335 Intro to RTF, you can register until Sunday, May 31. If you miss that deadline, don't worry; as long as you are registered for a minimum of one Summer 2026 class [ANY CLASS FOLKS], you can add the class during the ADD/DROP session Monday, June 1 - Tuesday, June 2. In "PEM", you learn to write, plan, record and edit a short film - perfect for your application to a 4-year school. The class runs from Monday, June 1 - July 26. Just 8 wks. The SUMMER SESSION IS ABOUT TO START. The Waitlist option has closed for the Summer 2026 semester; registration and 100% refunds end on Sunday, May 31. Seating for any open space from Wednesday, May 27, through Sunday, May 31, is on a first -come basis. The ADD/DROP session is on Monday/Tuesday, June 1-2; as long as you are registered for at least one course, you can add or drop a class without an academic penalty. Make sure your courses apply to your ACC RTF Degree or Certificate, and you have met all prerequisites/co-requisites. ACC RTF Faculty Advisor. ACC TV (paid) Fall Internships Application Open

ACC TV is accepting applications for its Fall 2026 Interns. They are looking for 7-10 ACC students to join their field/studio production team, working in the TV control room, video editing, and motion graphics. Ideal candidates are students who have completed first-level courses, proving abilities in audio, editing, multicam, and single-camera style production. Here’s the list of positions they are looking to fill:
• 4-6 production crew for field/studio shoots, maybe 1-2 to swing as producers.
• 1-2 audio students (can come from RTF or ATI) operating the Calrec board in the studio, and showing proficiency in field audio recording
• 2 editors – to handle departmental content but also they will work on promos and other projects
• 1 motion graphics intern – experienced in After Effects
If you secure a position with ACCTV, you can use it as the RTVB 2388 RTF Internship 3 credit class for the Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 semester.
