Our efforts bring together an army of passionate volunteers and deploy them to our most heated battlegrounds. For this crucial election, we have decided to join forces with Americans for Prosperity-Texas (AFP-TX). AFP-TX has graciously agreed to sponsor our dedicated volunteers to travel to the targeted swing state of Louisiana November 29th thru Dec
ember 6th for a final push for liberty! Americans for Prosperity is engaged in a massive ground effort across the state of Louisiana. AFP’s Texas chapter has agreed to cover the travel, lodging, and meal costs for the first 100 Mighty Texas Strike Force volunteers who commit to travel to Louisiana November 28th or 29th and working thru Runoff Election Day on Saturday, December 6th. With that in mind, we are recruiting an army of dedicated volunteers to travel to Louisiana to work to defeat Senator Mary Landrieu and turn out voters in support of Bill Cassidy, a solidly conservative candidate for the U.S. Senate seat in Louisiana. We will be part of a huge effort to knock on half a million Louisiana doors in just one month. To qualify for the travel, lodging and meal support, volunteers must commit to attend an AFP training session prior to deployment in Louisiana and be in Louisiana campaigning for one week from November 29th thru December 6th. We have several chartered buses lined up to transport our MTSF volunteers to Louisiana. On the morning of November 29th, the first bus will depart from Lubbock, drive thru Dallas/Fort Worth, and on to Shreveport. Two other buses will depart Austin and San Antonio at the same time and drive thru Houston and on to Lake Charles, Louisiana. The buses will make the return trip bringing our successful volunteers back to the Lone Star State departing Louisiana on Sunday morning, December 7th. If you prefer to drive your own vehicle rather than ride a chartered bus, that is also an option you may want to consider. Together, we will knock on more than 250,000 doors, make phone calls, meet with people, and shift this current liberal Senate seat to solidly conservative.
