Humana’s new plan website and call center are now available to serve participants of State of Texas dental Choice℠ Plan (PPO) and HumanaDental DHMO plans, for service beginning Sept.1. Go to your.Humana.com/ERS now to search for in-network dentists, get an overview of each dental plan, review frequently asked questions and more!

You can now call Humana’s Customer Service toll-free at (855) 756-6580 (TTY: 711), Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 7 p.m. CT. Representatives can help answer any questions you may have about the transition and the coverage that begins on Sept. 1. Humana will not have access to your account information until Sept.1. For questions about claims and service until Aug. 31., continue to contact Delta Dental toll-free at (888) 818-7925 (TTY: 711), Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 7 p.m. CT.

Did you know that combining a low-salt diet with the heart-healthy DASH diet substantially lowers systolic blood pressure, according to a study conducted at Johns Hopkins University Medical School of more than 400 adults with stage 1 high blood pressure. The DASH eating plan is in line with dietary recommendations to help prevent

Humana is getting ready to take over as the new third party administrator of the State of Texas Dental Choice℠ Plan (PPO) and HumanaDental Dental Health Maintenance Organization (DHMO) plan. The current administrator Delta Dental will continue to manage the plans until Aug.31, 2026.
