The Texas Civil Commitment Office is seeking a General Counsel to advise its executive director and governing board on complex legal, legislative, contracting, open-government, and policy matters.

The full-time, Austin-based position offers a monthly salary of $7,716.66–$13,051, along with state benefits that include a defined benefit pension plan and fully paid employee health insurance for eligible employees.
