Todays Spotlight: Tyler Baack, Palestine ISD

Presentation: "How to Win Families and Influence Archers: Effective Communication"

Background: Tyler Baack is a 5th Grade Math teacher and Archery Coach with Palestine ISD. He has coached archery for the past six years and was introduced to archery only seven years ago through another coach who needed help running the school's archery program. When he sees the positive impact that archery has on the students and families, it motivates him to continue coaching and see students grow their skills and confidence!

Description: Using strategies once taught by Dale Carnegie (and others), this presentation will equip coaches on how to navigate interpersonal relationships with families and archers. By doing this successfully, coaches can win over the support of an archer's family and help every archer reach their potential.
