Join us tonight at 5pm for Movimiento Ancestral - Toltec Inspired Movement series with Sana Yoga in the newly opened MACC starting this Tuesday (June 9th-July 14).

Ancestral Connection through movement! Movimiento Ancestral is inspired by Indigenous Mesoamerican traditions that honor the connection between body, breath, spirit, and the natural elements. Through intentional movement and mindful breathing, we explore symbolic postures that honor the four directions — East, South, West, and North — representing new beginnings, inner fire, emotional flow, and grounding wisdom. These Toltec postures invite participants to reconnect with their bodies, cultivate balance, and awaken inner strength while experiencing movement as a path to healing, cultural connection, and personal empowerment. Open to all levels and all bodies.
