The Colorado honors Detective Randy Hoppert of the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office, who was killed in the line of duty on April 9, 2026.

Detective Hoppert was responding to assist fellow deputies during a violent confrontation in Porterville when he made the ultimate sacrifice protecting others.

A United States Navy veteran and six-year member of the department, he leaves behind his expectant wife and a family with deep roots in law enforcement service.

His courage and selflessness will never be forgotten. Rest easy, Detective Hoppert.

The Colorado honors Agent Eddie Santiago-Renta of the Puerto Rico Police Department, who was killed in the line of duty on April 10, 2026.

Agent Santiago-Renta was serving during an undercover operation in Ponce when he made the ultimate sacrifice while protecting his community.

For 22 years, he served with dedication and commitment in the Ponce Drugs and Narcotics Division. He leaves behind his wife and four children.

We stand with his family, fellow officers, and the entire Puerto Rico law enforcement community as they mourn this heartbreaking loss. His service, bravery, and sacrifice will never be forgotten.

Rest easy, Agent Santiago-Renta.

Do you have $2 to spare? A small token from each of our followers could fund our mission to show up for the Fallen, their families, their departments, and their communities.

Shoulder to shoulder, we stand with all of our blue family across this country making sure the thin blue line isn't so thin.

Please think about giving, and share!

This Friday, we laid our brother and our President, Troy Raines, to rest.

We extend our deepest gratitude to our family from across the nation who stood beside us. Your presence was a powerful reminder of what this brotherhood truly stands for. Thank you for showing up, for honoring Troy, and for standing with us during this incredibly difficult time.

We are proud to stand alongside each of you as we continue to carry this mission forward.
