The Pollinator Habitat Incentive Program is awarding incentive payments of $100 per acre for new pollinator habitat plantings. Check out the link below to fill out an application and learn more about the program! This application does not guarantee an award unless you are approved and you would receive an email with a contract. There are two deadline dates depending on your planting window.

Visit our tabling event this Saturday at the Beecher Community Garden (which conveniently happens to be across the street from the Farmers Market)!

We will have activities for the kiddos, FREE cover crop seeds (while supplies last), and information regarding cover crops, soil health, and pollinators.

Here at the Dearborn County Extension Office, we have started receiving multiple reports of the invasive Spotted Lantern Fly (SLF).

Our "Life on the Farm" program was a success! It was great seeing so many curious young minds learning 🐐🌾⛅️ A special thanks to Sherry for bringing her goats, which were the main attraction of course!
