March 10 didn’t go our way. Our work continues. I’m grateful for every person who showed up with me through donations, time, prayers, and encouragement. It all mattered.

And another thing...we're not done!

Now we reset, refocus, and strategize for the general primary for Georgia House District 130 on May 19th. The mission hasn’t changed: strong public schools, voters’ rights protections and real economic opportunity (to include stable housing, access to healthcare and reducing food insecurity) for all of District 130 and Georgia.

Where you start doesn’t have to determine where you finish.

I'm grateful for my journey and the lessons along the way.

Read it. These are the tactics being deployed against your right to vote. If your 🫵🏾 vote didn't count, they wouldn't go through the trouble.

✔️Equity Ensures Responsible Stewardship

Public policy should reflect the needs of all constituents—not just those with the loudest voice or greatest access. When people have fair access to education, housing, healthcare and economic opportunity, communities become more stable, safer, and more prosperous.

🗣️Instability in one part of a community affects the whole community!

I am running for Georgia State Representative in House District 130 to be a real catalyst for change.

I'm excited to announce, I've been endorsed by Georgia Equality for the March 10th Special Election. I've been entrusted to steward a mission of ensuring there's equity in access.

In the legislature, I’ll leverage my heart for service, lived experience and professional leadership capacity to advocate for: 1). An economy where hard working people [regardless of ethnicity, age, disability or sexual orientation] won't have to scrape to barely survive; 2). Public education and child welfare systems that prioritize our future; and 3). A criminal justice system that supports Georgians having a real chance for a successful life.

I believe public policy should be transparent, reflect the realities of working people and create pathways for people to thrive — not just survive.

Lifelong Richmond County resident running for House District 130 to turn lived experience into people-first policy on jobs, housing, education, and justice.
