Members within our League share di

verse backgrounds, but hold a common interest to improve our community through volunteer action. The Junior League of Augusta is a member of the Association of Junior Leagues International (AJLI), which includes 291 Junior Leagues and 150,000 members in four countries.

📖 Did you know the Junior League of Augusta, Georgia is known for their Junior League Cookbooks “Tea Time at The Masters”? Since the 1950s, Leagues across the country have been creating cookbooks for fundraising purposes, and the Junior League of Augusta was one of the earliest known participants in this tradition.

Their “Tea Time at The Masters” is a three-part cookbook series featuring recipes from PGA golfers, their wives, and resort chefs. Still in publication today, this series has sold over 400,000 copies and has had recipes featured in renowned publications such as Southern Living. ⛳

Junior League Cookbooks have become a beloved fundraising tool for Leagues, serving not only to raise funds but also preserve regional culinary traditions. Over the years, these cookbooks have become highly anticipated and cherished by many communities and food enthusiasts alike.
