Just had a young man stop by the office today… wanted to know how to get on the path towards becoming an Officer. First thing I asked him an open ended question: “Why do you want to get your commission”? He said he wanted to make a positive impact on his Unit, and become the leader that he admired so much in his current and former leaders in the 3/126 IN, NCO’s and Officers alike. I thought to myself, great answer.

Can’t wait to see this young man in class 68!
