Today we celebrate an incredible career and the retirement of Brenda Davis, whose dedication to Augusta USD 402 and Garfield Augusta Schools USD 402 - Garfield Elementary goes far beyond the years reflected on paper.
She has spent her entire career at Garfield, becoming a familiar face, a steady presence, and an important part of the Garfield family. While her official years of service may only tell part of the story, her commitment began even before she became a district employee, through years of volunteering and giving her time to support Garfield students, families, and staff.
For all these years, she has poured her heart into the school she has called home. Her kindness, dedication, and willingness to serve have left a lasting mark on Garfield and on the countless lives she has touched along the way.
Today, we celebrate all of it: the years of employment, the years of volunteering, the memories made, and the difference she has made in our community.
