Fort Hill Cemetery For fans of Fort Hill Cemetery, founded in 1851, is located in Auburn, New York (ref. No re-use without permission.

Drawing may precede 1860, because it does not depict central mound nor Logan's Monument which was erected in 1852.

T.J. (Terrance) Kennedy is interred in the mausoleum at the eastern base of Mount Auburn, behind Bradley Chapel in Fort Hill Cemetery.
As the Civil War loomed on the horizon, Kennedy was frustrated by Albany's slow response, he outfitted the first regiment from Auburn/Cayuga County using funds from his own business.

Just acquired: Original rendering of Bradley Memorial Chapel by architect Julius Schweinfurth.
Full page, hand colored, appeared in "Architectural Review," Dec. 2, 1893.
Originally in pristine condition, was damaged in shipping - extensive creasing on right side and lower right corner; frame was destroyed.
Sent by Priority Mail, (uninsured) the USPS takes no responsibility for the (rough) handling of package.
