There are three new bestsellers, four new movies, one new children's book, and ten other new books, including one that is available online.

The new bestsellers this week are "Delusional," "God's Country," and "Under the Falls." The new movies this week include "The Mandalorian and Grogu," "Project Hail Mary," and "The Super Mario Galaxy Movie."

Upgrades continue at the library as we prepare for a special U.S. @ 250 Town Day Duck Race! Our front porch got a new paint job and special bunting, and a nice bulletin board. Next up, some touch ups to the front door! Anybody want to come by and give us a power wash! Oh, and we’re selling Duck Race tickets as well so come and get ‘em.

Good morning Auburn! Are you ready for the Duck Race. Part of the Duck Race festivities on Sept 12, will be the library's annual Author Alley. Nearly 20 regional and local authors will be spread out throughout our parking lot showing and talking about their book and writing! This year that list will include the one and only Rebecca Rule! And here's a story from the Keene Sentinel about another author who will be returning to Author's Alley, the one and only Allyson Szabo. See you all soon!

We're so excited to be presenting our first live music concert at the library's pavilion this Saturday, Aug. 22 with folk artists Dan & Faith! This is a FREE show, but do bring lawn chairs and blankets. After, if you're a senior, walk on over to the Senior BBQ at the Safety Complex. We'll see you all soon!
