It is our last farmers market and concert of the season. Please enjoy the beautiful pictures. We are over the moon to have so many great vendors artisans and farmers. We are here until seven. Fitness is not a destination. It is a way of life

A 20/20/20 fitness class or routine splits a 60-minute workout into three equal, consecutive 20-minute blocks: 20 minutes of high-energy cardio, 20 minutes of weighted or bodyweight strength training, and 20 minutes of core work and deep stretching.

We are super excited for our last Farmers and Cultural Market of the season from 4-7pm tomorrow, Thursday September 3rd at Dr. Arthur and Dr. Martha Pappas Recreation Complex. We have a new Farm joining us! Berry Farm from Upton. Our band will be Tom Petty tribute band at 6pm. We will also have 2 food trucks, 2 ice cream trucks, artisans, farms, and kids crafts. Please join us for a fabulous night! If we need to postpone due to incelment weather we will have the market and concert on Tuesday night September 8th Town of Auburn, Massachusetts

Adult Program Tennis in the Parks

Saturdays: Sept. 19th - Oct. 24th

This program is for players who want to practice, improve their game and have FUN! The program is run by a coach
who is SafeSport-approved and background-checked. Coach will provide instruction and also pair players up for match play.

Please bring a tennis racquet. If you need a racquet, the coach will have a few loaners available to borrow during
class. Ages 18+
