Time for a fresh batch of homemade granola! 🌰🍯

Perfect for snacks and breakfast. Store in an airtight container for 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.

You need:

4 cups granola
1 cup walnuts (or your favorite nuts)
½ cup coconut shreds
½ cup honey
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp cinnamon
½ cup coconut oil

How to:

➡️Mix all dry ingredients.
➡️Mix in wet ingredients. Make sure every bite is coated!
➡️Spread on a baking sheet and bake 20 min at 350°F until golden brown.

Crumble, store, and enjoy!

Back with another easy side—these sweet potatoes are simple, flavorful, and so good with a little extra seasoning.

Quick directions:
Cube sweet potatoes, toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Spread in a single layer and bake at 425°F for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and tender.
