Placer County, Auburn, Colfax, Lincoln, Loomis, and Rocklin have joined together to create Pioneer Community Energy which will provide lower, more stable electric rates to businesses and residents in Placer County for those who receive electricity from PG&E. https://www.facebook.com/PioneerCommunityEnergy/
