The Attleboro Redevelopment Authority is a volunteer board which works congruently with boards and commissions across Attleboro with the goal of moving Attleboro forward. Some of the Attleboro Redevelopment's projects are, Renaissance Station, the Intermodal Transportation Center, the sale of the land for the New England Sports Village, the New DPW Highway Yard on Lamb Street, and the Riverfront D

rive and Park connecting Wall Street to Olive Street. The Attleboro Redevelopment Authority is managed, controlled and governed by five members, appointed or elected as provided in this section, of whom three shall constitute a quorum. Every member of the redevelopment authority shall be a fiduciary of the redevelopment authority. The Redevelopment Authority shall be appointed by the mayor subject to confirmation by the city council; provided, that, the members shall be appointed to serve for initial terms of one, two, four and five years, respectively.
