The Appellate Practice Workshop is a hands-on program for practitioners seeking meaningful, constructive feedback from seasoned litigators, judges and judicial staff. Limited to 24 participants, the program requires advance preparation, including drafting and “filing” briefs by the July 27 deadline, and participating in a moot court with individualized critiques.

Join us Sept. 30–Oct. 1 at the Nathan Deal Judicial Center in Atlanta. Earn 11 CLE credit hours, including 2 professionalism hours.

This CLE program will engage practitioners in a discussion of emerging interpretations, recent case law and the practical implications of constitutional challenges at the local, state and national levels.
