Learn some unknow history on your own time...

The "Why Reparations" Lecture Series is self paced and breaks down the unvarnished facts that have been swept under the rug connecting a direct economic link from chattel slavery to today.

Here’s how it works:
• Watch at your own pace. Each video lecture is just $12.50. Power through them or take one a week!

• Great for middle, high school or homeschoolers, information they won't get in a standard textbook. This is a solid and clear curriculum supplement.

• A little extra motivation⭐️: Track your progress as you watch, and once you finish all 10 lectures, get an official Certificate of Achievement along with gold stars ⭐️

Whether you're doing this for personal growth or sharing this with others, it's worth every moment!

In the article:
Metro Atlanta resident London Logan attended the August meeting, leaving curious about what’s to come.

“I wanted to be sure that right now we’re talking about Black Americans, people that’s descendants of slavery and Jim Crow here in the United States of America, not nobody else,” Logan said.

“I kinda was wondering, like, exactly, like what’s the outcome? What type of reparations? Because we need to be talking cash payments … or something that’s specific to us Black Americans only. So, I’m still kind of wondering how that’s gonna play out.”

𝐇𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐚 𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐧. 𝐇𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝. 🕯️

You cannot water down the weight of this suppressed and heartbreaking story of an attempt and the grasping at the hopes of 'freedom.'

The truth deserves protection. The story of Ebenezer Creek Massacre, the betrayal of of so many Black families in December of 1864, and the unbroken line that connects that tragedy directly to Special Field Orders No. 15 ("40 Acres and a Mule") is not something to be watered down or rewritten.

When you join the 40 Acres and a Mule Tour, led by Tamara Shealey, you aren't just coming on a passive sightseeing tour ride.

You are stepping onto the soil where real people who have guarded and carried this history with integrity will tell and show you where it all took place.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗪𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗢𝗻 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗝𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆:

📍 Ebenezer Creek & Effingham County: Stand on the banks where hundreds of fleeing men, women, and children faced betrayal or you can paddle the creek water with Backwater Expeditions to experience the sacred landscape firsthand.

📍 Savannah’s Sacred Markers: Walk through The Weeping Time history, Laurel Grove Cemetery, the historic Green-Meldrim House, and the sacred spaces of First African Baptist and First Bryan Baptist churches.

📍 Unfiltered Community Truth: Connect with fellow truth seekers over local Southern meals, game night with Griot Speaks, and Sunday morning worship & brunch.

(We also have other GA location pick up points)

When institutions try to rewrite the narrative, the most powerful response is to support the authentic voices who do the work every single day.

Reserve your seat today and stand on the side of full, unvarnished truth.
