was a strong argument for the State. It has proven to be a major influence in verdicts many times. Faith didn't deserve this "at all". always appeared as one driven by jealousy, anger and control. There has been questionable testimony like many other cases. However, what will a jury decide?

Defendant declines to testify on his behalf. That is his right. If you are fighting for your freedom and pleads not guilty, would you take the witness stand? Or allow the State to try to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt based on the circumstances against you?

Few key things I really didn't like that sticks out; lost DNA or evidence that could have been used, downstairs neighbor of Faith's and Karena who heard the thumps that night wasn't questioned by lead agent and a meme that was allowed into evidence. However, the State overall did a good job.

As far as key witness Karena's testimony; blood or stain on the finger, unable to recall where it came from? That was very suspicious indeed drunk or not especially after a close friend is brutally murdered.
