Update: A 15-month-old girl was found deceased inside a vehicle on Thursday, outside a warehouse in east central Pennsylvania, where her father is thought to have worked.

This is the 6th Pediatric Vehicular Heatstroke (PVH) tragedy so far in 2026.

Colonial Regional police, the coroner's office and the district attorney's office are investigating after a girl about 15 months old was found dead in her father's car during a heat advisory, the DA said.
