Georgia Superior Court Clerks' Cooperative Authority The Georgia Superior Court Clerks' Cooperative Authority is a one-stop search shop for all UCC and Real Estate filings in the state of Georgia

The Georgia Superior Court Clerks’ Cooperative Authority (GSCCCA) was established in 1993 with the legislated mandate of implementing and administering a statewide central index for UCC filings. Since its establishment, the Authority has not only fulfilled its original purpose, but has accepted additional projects at the request of other agencies and the Georgia General Assembly. These projects in

clude administering a statewide index for real estate and personal property records, maintaining the central database of notaries public, administering a statewide database on civil case filings and developing a method to account for all court fines and fees assessed and collected in all courts in Georgia. The creation of the Authority was a result of the cooperative efforts of the State Bar of Georgia, the Georgia Superior Court Clerks’ Association, the Council of Superior Court Clerks, the Georgia Bankers Association and the Community Bankers Association of Georgia.

We are committed to ensuring that our systems will be operational as soon as possible.
