Piney Chapel Fire And Rescue Fundraiser – Swamp John’s

Piney Chapel Fire And Rescue is a volunteer-based department that operates through community donations and a small fire service fee included in Limestone County residents’ property taxes. As our department continues to grow, so does the need for updated equipment and resources to better serve the Piney Chapel community and surrounding areas.

One of our current priorities is upgrading and replacing our Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs). AEDs are critical lifesaving devices that analyze heart rhythms and deliver a shock when necessary during cardiac arrest, significantly increasing a patient’s chance of survival. After reviewing our call volume from the past year, it has become increasingly clear that every response unit should be equipped with one of these devices to ensure we are able to provide the highest level of care to our community.

To help support this need, we are excited to announce the start of a quarterly fundraiser in partnership with Swamp John’s.

For $15 per plate, you can choose from chicken, fish, shrimp, or a combo plate, each served with fries, sauce, and tea.

In order for Swamp John’s to participate and make this fundraiser possible, we are required to pre-sell at least 200 tickets, and tickets are available now.

We invite everyone to come out, enjoy a great meal, and support a great cause. Donations are also greatly appreciated and will go directly toward the purchase and maintenance of these lifesaving AED devices.

🚒 Piney Chapel Fire & Rescue along with Air Evac 177 and Survival Flight 20 will be hosting an LZ class with both helicopters and their directors on Saturday, March 21st @ 10am! Come learn about awareness and safety when being an LZ commander and how to help get these aircraft safely on the ground and back into the air! Preregistration is required and we would love for you to come!

Location: Behind our station 1 on Piney Chapel Rd located at the old Piney Chapel Elementary School baseball fields.

Trunk Or Treat 2025 was a great success. Special thanks to Round Island Baptist Church for generous candy donation, Thanks to our Sponsors A1 Towing & Wrecker Service & Chad's Climate Control.. along with Air Evac 177 Lifeteam & Special thanks to Sheriff Joshua McLaughlin and Limestone County Sheriffs Office for being with us and loving on the kid that asked for hugs from them. Made my heart melt almost made a grown man cry !!

Good morning everyone! Opening Day is fast approaching… We wanted to update folks. We will be having our annual dove hunt this year on opening day. The location this year is one we have hunted in the past. U.S. HWY 31 and Ingram Rd. This location has produced great hunts in the past. Corn was picked last week which should also prove ideal. Stay used for further updates through the week.
