Hours: Elkmont, East Limestone, Tanner Senior Centers are open 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday. Goodsprings Center is open from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Monday - Thursday.

SENIOR MENUS:
Monday: Grape Juice, Meatloaf with Tomato Gravy, Whipped Potatoes, Peas and Carrots, Whole Wheat Bread, Shortbread Cookies, Milk and Margarine

Tuesday: Chicken Tetrazzini, Green Beans, Okra and Tomatoes, Sliced Peaches, Whole Grain White Roll, Yellow Cake, milk and margarine.

Wednesday: Hamburger Patty, Baked Beans, Potato Chips, Lettuce/Onion/tomato, Hamburger Bun, Cherry Fruited Gelatin, Milk/Chocolate Milk, Mustard/Ketchup/Mayonnaise.

Thursday: Tropical Juice, Macaroni and Cheese, Black-eyed Peas, Collard Greens, Cornbread, Rice Krispy Treat, Milk and Margarine.

Friday: Cranberry Juice, Spaghetti Casserole, Italian Vegetable Blend, Garden Green Salad, Whole Grain White Roll, Assorted Crème, Cookies, Milk, Margarine, Ranch/Diet Italian Dressing.

Announcements:

If you need help with medication through a PAP/ Pharmaceutical patient assistance programs, or need assistance looking at your Medicare plans, please contact Carla Sims @ 256-233-6412 for more information.
Transportation is available for doctor’s appointments and rides to the senior centers. Call in advance to schedule.
Shopping trips run twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday (except for Holidays). Please call in advance to schedule.

Tuesday: Grape Juice, Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole, Country Corn, California Vegetables, Whole Wheat Bread, White Cake, milk and margarine.

Wednesday: Turkey Pot Roast Stew (1 cup), whipped Potatoes, Fresh Fruit, Whole Grain White Roll, Chocolate Pudding, Milk and Margarine.

Thursday: Taco Salad: Taco Seasoned Beef, Lettuce/Cheese/Tomato, Corn Chips, Mexican Beans, Lime Fruited Gelatin, Milk/Chocolate Milk, Sour Cream/Taco Sauce.

Friday: Orange/Pineapple juice, Ham and White Beans, Buttered Rice, Turnip Greens, Cornbread, Oreo Cookies, Milk and Margarine.

MENU:
Monday: Grape Juice, Lemon Chicken, Wild Rice, Green Peas, Whole Grain White Roll, Rosey Applesauce, Milk, Margarine.

Tuesday: Taco Salad: Taco Seasoned Beef, Lettuce/Cheese/Tomato, Corn Chips, Pinto Beans, Orange Fruited Gelatin, Milk/Chocolate Milk, Sour Cream/Taco Sauce.

Wednesday: Strawberry Kiwi

The Administrative office at 503 S. Jefferson St. is open, hours are from 7:30 am to 4 pm Monday thru Friday.
