COVID Testing Returning to Atlanta Hwy Fire Station - Monday, January 31

The Mako drive-thru COVID testing site will return to its original location at the old Fire Station at 3500 Atlanta Hwy (enter via Mitchell Bridge Rd side) starting on Monday, January 31st at 8:30am. Hours will remain: Mon: 8:30am-4:30pm; Tues-Fri: 8:30am-6:30pm; Sat: 8am-12noon. The temporary location at Holland Park will close on Saturday, January 29th. Pre-registration is encouraged. In response to the current health concerns and safety at this time, all Leisure Services Department sponsored events, programs, and classes are suspended until March 29, 2020. All currently scheduled private rentals at Leisure Services parks and facilities will continue as scheduled at this time, unless canceled by the renter. Our parks and facilities remain open for self-directed use.

The Athens-Clarke County Leisure Services Department is working with Athens-Clarke County Office of Emergency Management (OEM) and reviewing information from the CDC and Public Health to monitor the Coronavirus (COVID-19). The safety and health of the public and our staff is always our highest priority.
